BEST POSITION IN OUR BABY LOUNGER

For the safest and most comfortable experience, always place your baby flat on their back inside the Pillow-Pal Baby Lounger. Crafted for superior support, it creates a cloud-like space for rest and play.

SLEEP POSITIONS

While the Pillow-Pal Baby Lounger is not intended for sleep, your baby may find it so comfy they drift off. If this happens, always transfer them to a safe sleep environment such as a bassinet or crib.

TUMMY TIME

The padded bumper walls of the Baby Lounger provide great support for tummy time as your little one grows. Place your baby tummy-down inside the Lounger, with their arms braced on the bumpers. Always supervise tummy time to ensure safety and comfort.

SAFE SURFACE USE

Always place the Pillow-Pal Baby Lounger on the floor. Babies move, wriggle, and start crawling quickly—never use the Lounger on elevated surfaces, inside bassinets, cribs, or for co-sleeping.

NO BLANKETS OR PILLOWS

Our Baby Lounger is designed to be cozy on its own. For safety, avoid adding extra bedding, pillows, or blankets, in line with SIDS guidelines. Simply dress your baby comfortably for Lounger time.

NO CHOKING HAZARDS

The Pillow-Pal Baby Lounger is made with safety in mind—our inner cushion is a single piece, and the removable cover is crafted without zippers, buttons, drawstrings, or cords that could pose a risk.

ALWAYS SUPERVISE

Babies grow fast! They roll, wriggle, and explore before you know it. Never leave your baby unattended in the Baby Lounger. The supportive walls are cozy but are not a barrier for an active little one.

DO NOT CARRY BABY IN THE LOUNGER

Even if your baby is sleeping peacefully, never lift or carry the Baby Lounger while your little one is inside. For safety, always move your baby in your arms.

CARING FOR YOUR BABY LOUNGER

Designed for easy cleaning, the Pillow-Pal Baby Lounger is fully machine washable. Simply remove the cover and follow our care instructions.

Is the PillowPal lounger suitble for sleeping?

Safe and snuggly, the PillowPal lounger is ideal for supervised settling, but is not designed for sleeping. Safety is our first priority and we support the SIDS guidelines for safe sleeping practices. We recommend you do not use blankets or pillows while your bub is enjoying their PillowPal. And if they happen to fall asleep in their luxuriously soft, cloud-like lounger, we recommend you move your bub to a safe sleeping space such as their bassinet or cot. 

Does the PillowPal lounger come with a cover?

Absolutely! Your Pillowpal lounger comes with a removable, washable Pure cotton cover in your choice of colour. We also buy replacement covers to easily switch out the look of your lounger.

Is the PillowPal lounger suitable for a newborn?

Yes! Your baby can enjoy their cosy lounger from their earliest days until approximately 12 months old, although this depends on the size (and mobility!) of your baby. The supportive sides of the PillowPal are brilliant for tummy time but are not intended as a barrier to a curious bub determined to crawl!

How do I wash my PillowPal lounger?

Designed with safety and ease in mind, your PillowPal is fully machine washable. Simply remove the cover and follow our simple care instructions:

To wash your Baby Lounger:

  1. Gentle machine wash on cold 
  2. Use a non-toxic, baby safe detergent
  3. Maximum wash temperature 30°C
  4. Air dry away from direct sunlight or tumble dry on low heat (if needed)
  5. Don’t dry clean
  6. Don’t bleach 

To wash your Pure cotton waffle cover:

  1. Gentle machine wash your cover inside out with like colours on a cool cycle
  2. Use a non-toxic, baby safe detergent
  3. Air dry or tumble dry on low heat, inside out
  4. Don’t dry clean 
  5. Don’t bleach  

What is the PillowPal lounger made from?

The PillowPal lounger is made from our 100% Pure Cotton for a dream-like, cosy surface perfect for rest, play and tummy time. Crafted from the highest quality cotton, covers are breathable, absorbent and washable. The luxuriously cosy cotton covers get softer with every wash.

When can I expect to receive my order?

We know you’re craving comfy sleep, so we pack all orders fast - 'within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping within Australia is an estimated 3-8 business days delivery for metro areas and 5-10 business days for rural areas.


Standard international shipping can take between 5-21 days for most countries.
